I just finished the 1st day of the 4th week and it’s actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I’ve been doing the program for the past however many days. There are 4 weeks and I’ve been doing each week for 6 days, at the advanced level most of the time, before moving onto the next.
I must say I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it past the second week but I did. I don’t think that week three or week four (the mother of all work outs) gave me as much trouble as the second week. I have some back issues and I work all day with my arms so some of the exercises in week 2 were practically impossible.
I didn’t bother to take before pictures because I’ve always been in pretty good shape. But goddamn, I cannot stop touching my stomach - I can feel all of my muscles and that feels pretty damn good.
